[S4] Lesson 21 (25 -31 May) Updates/ Debrief

What we did in 2 hours:

Over the weekend of 23 and 24th of May, we completed the COD/DC MYE Set 2. The tutors are heartened to see that the discussion in the group chat was very active and fruitful in all the sessions. Kudos to all of you! 

 

What you take home:

In our tutorial, we will be going back to recap on COE/DC (and the notes can be found in your textbook). Hence, please get ready the S4PH Book for the lesson. Do logon to the PMC Teachable Wesbite for any updates of notes or handouts.

What we did in 2 hours:

During this week live tutorials, we completed the chapter on kinematic. We applied the technique of differentiation/integration to find displacement, velocity and acceleration function. We also learned how to analysis and identify important keywords in problem solving and ended off with a chat challenge test. Kudo to those who won!

[S4 Chemistry PMCians]

 

What we did in 2 hours:

We have completed our revision on chemical bonding & their physical properties. You have been introduced to big idea thinking of drawing relationship between strength of bond and melting/boiling point, as well as the two important criteria for electrical conductivity (Recall: BOTH charged and mobile!)

 

What you take home:

Do continue to make use of the Take Home Gems to consolidate your learning of the chapters covered. Take some time to recap on trends across the Period and down Groups for our revision on Periodic Table this weekend.
