[S1 Maths + Science PMCians]
What we did in 2 hours:
This lesson, we looked at a new Science chapter on States of Matter. First, we talked about Brownian Motion, the random movement of particles in a fluid due to continuous collisions with other surrounding particles. (This is why we see dust particles ‘dancing’ under a beam of light.) We also learned about the arrangement and movement of particles in solids, liquids and gases.
Special Mention:
Here is a video link for a smoke cell demonstrating Brownian Motion in air.

Next lesson, we will complete the chapter on States of Matter. We will go through some structured questions and have a test. So do spend some time revising your notes before lesson. 🙂
Till then, stay safe and see you onsite/online again!
