Recognizing this dynamic, I realized that these “little bosses” require a specialized approach to education. They need guidance that balances building their confidence with instilling discipline, ensuring they excel academically without becoming overly dependent on the comforts of home.
This understanding inspired the name “Little Boss Cafe.” My own son, who is currently in Primary 4, inspired the curriculum we’ve developed—a curriculum designed to help students achieve their best results with minimal effort. At Little Boss Cafe, our goal is to cultivate confident, disciplined learners who thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
