What we did in 2 hours:
For our last lesson on Integration, we first covered the final cases of volumes of revolution, including revolution about y-axis and volume from regions between two graphs. Do be mindful of all the volume cases, including revolution by transformation and the special case where the area is between two parts of the same graph.
Additionally, through the integrated questions, we consolidated our Techniques and Applications on a variety of settings, including applied contextual questions. This wraps up our work on Integration, and our syllabus up to Promos.

What we did in 2 hours:
We have completed the last functional group of Arenes~! We specifically revised the three electrophilic substitution reactions, with focus on its mechanism. We then went on to discuss the reactions of methylbenzene, which included free radical substitution, side chain oxidation and the basic three electrophilic substitution reactions. We concluded with how the presence of a group leader in the benzene ring affects the position of its incoming group members.
We began our Promo revision this week, looking at the tougher questions on Stoichiometry.
What you take home:
The solutions to the Everything you need to know series and selected Structured Questions for Arenes are found here:
Special Mention:
Next lesson, let us revise the chapters of Redox Reactions and Atomic Structure. Remember to bring your Secrets Enclosed and the Last Lap Workbook. Come prepared!
